Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding holidays, which may cause delays).

We offer multiple shipping methods, and the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected courier service.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are determined based on the total order amount (before tax):

• Orders between 1000 - 1500 USD: 100 USD shipping fee
• Orders between 1500 - 2000 USD: 50 USD shipping fee
• Orders over 2000 USD: Free shipping

Returns & Restocking Fee

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, along with proof of purchase.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unopened. Any item that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return or refund.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, and the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to shipping, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos as proof.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund without charging a restocking fee.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or other reasons caused by the buyer, we will deduct the round-trip shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee before processing any refund.
